Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director. This in-office role is key to keeping our team and operations running smoothly. You’ll handle scheduling, correspondence, and team coordination while helping execute our mission to push the culture forward. Expect a team-based, purpose-driven environment with occasional travel.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars, emails, and communications as they pertain to events, office management (AKA House of Common Good), and partners both locally and beyond
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics
Support team operations and project management
Handle office administration and maintain organization
Assist with special projects as needed
